ATTENTION: OUR VAN WAS STOLEN ALONG WITH THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF OUR GEAR! THE PEDAL BOARD BELOW WAS ONE OF THE ITEMS TAKEN! A MORE COMPLETE LIST TO BE POSTED SOON!!

I have received a lot of question the about the guitar equipment I use to get my tone.  As we all know, the majority of a players tone comes from their hands and their style, however, nice gear doesn’t hurt!  So…….

I use Fargen Amplification.  These are the amazing hand built amps which are recreations of the classic tones you’ve loved for years.  Mr. Fargen built me my own custom amplifier, which is the front end of a Fender Black Face Super Reverb, and the front end of a Vox AC30TB, and put them in one amp going through a single power section with two 6L6’s.  I run both preamps simultaneously.

For guitars, I use either 2 Fender Stratocasters, or 2 Paul Reed Smith guitars.   I’ll add more on these later……..

I also have a rather large pedal board, but I split my signal before it hit my effects, so only half my signal is going through my pedal board.  The other half of my guitar signal plugs straight into the amp.  This is my way of mixing traditional with hi-tech.

My pedal board signal is:

Fulltone Clyde Wah > Fox Rox Captian Coccanut 2(Octavia, Fuzzface, Univibe) > Fulltone Fulldrive 2 Mosfet > Robert Keeley Baked Mod TS9DX > Boss TU-2 Tuner > Analog Man Bi-Chorus > Boss DD-20 Giga Delay.

Wow that's a mouthful.  But again, only half of my guitar signal actually goes through any of this stuff, the other half just plugs straight in to my amp with nothing in between except my wireless.
